Usually land is already purchased before this process. For larger developments this process happens as a part of the raise.
2-4 Weeks, Any Phase Before Construction
Clearing of debris or previous constructions.
DA APPROVAL IF REQUIRED
The DA Process can extend if council and local approvers require different designs and additional scope of works.
DESIGN AND CONSULT
The Design and consult process is a final design process that enables us to get the maximum allowable on sites as well as engages multiple consultants on fire, engineering, structural, gas energy, traffic, sound.
BUILDING APPROVAL PROCESS
Building Approval is submitting final DA approved (if necessary) designs to council in order to begin construction process. This process can be extended if the council require drawings or additional items added to the development to ensure it complies with council guidelines.
CIVIL / EARTHWORKS
Up to 2 Months
All pre process pertaining to the preparation of the land and civil services.
Up to 14 Months
Physical construction of the property.
